When it comes to beautiful naked skin, how it looks is really a mirror of what you consumer physically, mentally and emotionally.
I find that having high nutrient, superfoods packed breakfast is such a great way to show yourself and your skin some love and provide great quality fuel for your body. Smoothie for breakfast have been my staple for the last ten years and I love how fast, easy and yummy they are.
This is one of my favorite smoothie recipes. It's ready in less than five minutes, and is filled to the brim with superfoods, antioxidants, good fats and protein. It tastes amazing and is an excellent 4pm pick-me-up drink for that much needed energy boost.
Yields 1-2 servings
Ingredients:
1 cup Brazil nut milk
1 cup frozen or fresh blueberries
1/2 pack (50g) frozen 100% acai puree mor 1 tablespoon acai powder
1 large banana
1 tablespoon hemp hearts
1 teaspoon raw maca powder (optional)
1 teaspoon bee pollen (for garnish and immunity boost)
1 teaspoon raw honey or stevia to taste
Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend on high speed until smooth. Pour into a glass and top with bee pollen. Enjoy!
